Help & FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most. Still stuck? Email support@inclne.app and we will help you out.
What is INCLNE?
INCLNE is a strength-training app built for progressive overload. You plan programs, log every set (reps, weight, and RPE), and track your progress over time. It is designed to be fast, precise, and to stay out of your way while you train.
How do I get access to the beta?
INCLNE is in a closed iOS beta. Request access by joining the waitlist from the app or from inclne.app. Your account is created right away, but full access unlocks once you are approved.
When you are approved, we send a push notification to your phone. Reopen the app and you are in. Until then, you can stay signed in on the waitlist screen.
Is INCLNE free?
Yes. INCLNE is free to use during the beta. If we introduce paid features later, we will show you the pricing before anything is charged.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Google, with Apple, or with an email address and password. All three lead to the same account experience, so pick whichever is easiest for you. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we never see your password.
How do I log a set?
Open the day you are training and tap into an exercise. Each set has three fields, always in this order: reps, weight, then RPE. Tap a field to type your number, and it saves as you go.
To add or remove sets and exercises, tap the pencil to enter edit mode, make your changes, then tap it again to finish. Turning edit mode off closes any field you were typing in.
Can I track in kilograms instead of pounds?
Yes. Go to Profile, then Settings, then Units and choose pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg). The change is instant and applies everywhere weight is shown, including sets you already logged. Your data is stored the same way underneath, so switching units never changes your actual numbers, only how they are displayed.
How do I add a form video to a set?
On any set, tap the video button to record or choose a short clip of that lift. It uploads and attaches to the set, so you can review your form later. All of your clips also collect in one place under Profile, then My Videos.
How do progress photos work?
Each day of a program has a progress section where you can keep up to five photos. Add one from your camera or library, and it is tied to that day so you can watch changes week to week.
Tap a photo to open it full screen. Swipe left or right to move between photos, and pinch or double-tap to zoom in. To remove a photo, enter edit mode and tap the trash button on its corner. Every photo you add also appears under Profile, then My Pictures.
Does INCLNE work offline?
Yes. INCLNE is offline-first, so you can log an entire workout with no signal, such as in a basement gym. Your changes are saved on your device immediately and sync automatically the next time you are online. Videos and photos upload once you have a connection.
How do friends and sharing work?
You can add friends inside the app to keep up with each other. Your training stays private by default. Nothing about your videos or photos is shown to friends unless you turn it on.
To share, go to Profile, then Settings and use the Community toggles: Show videos on profile and Show pictures on profile. You can turn either one off again at any time.
Is my data private?
Your programs, workout data, videos, and photos are yours. They are visible only to you unless you choose to share them with friends. For the full details on what we collect and how it is handled, read our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, or do it from any browser at inclne.app/delete-account. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. If you change your mind, simply sign back in before the 30 days are up and the deletion is cancelled.
I found a bug or still need help.
We would love to hear from you during the beta. Email support@inclne.app with what happened, and include your device model and iOS version if you are reporting a bug. It helps us fix things faster.
